Exploratory Track in Sciences and Humanities

The School of Sciences & Humanities’ Exploratory Track provides students with a range of course options intended to help them decide what excites them about learning and to facilitate a smooth transition to existing and anticipated SSH majors. The SSH Exploratory Track brings students into Wentworth as part of a cohort of learners with a common first year experience and introduces them to life at Wentworth and in Boston as they make steady progress toward their WIT degrees. Courses are the core of this cohort experience, but there are also social and academic dimensions that go beyond the classroom, including field trips and one-on-one advising sessions with professors aimed at helping students chart their career paths.

During the second semester of this track, students must select a major from the list below and submit a change of major form to the Registrar.
