Tuition, fees, and expenses

For Fall 2020
While we make every effort to anticipate local and national developments and adapt as appropriate to continue delivering educational services for our students, there may be situations where, for the health, safety and/or well-being of our community as determined by the University in its discretion, we will make changes to methods and timing of instruction, academic calendar, delivery of and access to services and course content, etc., including implementing a full or partial campus closure, temporary suspension of classes and services, and/or switching from on-campus learning and delivery of services to distance or virtual learning and delivery of services. By enrolling in classes offered by the University, you understand and agree that such changes may take place to the extent the University determines such changes are necessary for the health, safety, or wellbeing of members of the University community or due to other circumstances outside the University’s control. You further understand and agree that the University does not in any way guarantee in-person, on-campus education or services or any other particular mode or format of education or services. Finally, you understand and agree that you are responsible for all tuition and fees regardless of the mode or format in which education and services are provided, and understand and agree that no refunds or credits (other than under the Tuition Proration Policy found here) for tuition, fees, or other expenses will be provided in the event of such changes, including any changes from on-campus education and/or services to virtual services and/or virtual learning. Any decision by the University to provide a refund or credit, in whole or in part, of any fee or other charge in the event of a campus closure, suspension, or other change to the delivery format of education and/or services shall be in the University’s discretion and shall not create any entitlement or expectation of a refund or credit in any other instance.
